Diana Garden

Representing North Shore homeowners and future homeowners, Diana is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Before getting into the real estate business in 2006, Diana worked in the financial industry for large primary dealers including Goldman Sachs, Fuji Bank and Aubrey Lanston. She specialized in fixed income sales, corporate and mortgage debt, and funding for credit unions and other large institutional investors.

She began her real estate career working for AvalonBay Communities in development and provided project management and assistance to existing and newly acquired projects. This was the steppingstone to progressing into commercial real estate where she worked closely with developers, real estate brokers and village officials with the revitalization of Patchogue Village. Worked with Multi-family developers with the acquisitions of vacant and blighted structures in helping create residential rental developments in Farmingdale and West Hempstead.

Having a vast exposure to real estate, Diana was able to bring that knowledge and experience to her current role as Licensed Associate Broker, Certified Buyers Representative and Commercial Investment Real Estate Certified to Douglas Elliman.

Born in Chicago and raised in New York, she resides in Huntington with her husband, two daughters and their Rhodesian Ridgeback Gunnar.

Having lived in Huntington for the past eighteen years, she is well-connected and actively involved in the South Huntington community where her daughters are 2020 and 2022 graduates of Walt Whitman High School.

She has been credited by employers, colleagues and clients as being dedicated, incredibly hard working and a true professional.
