Diana is a wonderful agent that listens and delivers on her word. As first time buyers we were apprehensive about the process but Diana guided us the entire way through. She answered all of our questions in easy to understand terms and never hesitated to explain things further, if needed. She was always available (any time of day, even on weekends) for any of our questions and frequently gave us updates along the way. If you're looking for someone who is supportive, Diana is there 100%. She will back you up with all of your wants/needs/desires like they were her own. When the time comes to sell our home we will not hesitate to work with Diana again as we are confident she will get us what we deserve, and more. Diana is respectful, professional, and caring - everything you are looking for in a real estate agent.

The services Diana provide was invaluable. I have not sold property in 25 years. She helped us understand the process and advised us what we could and should not update to impact our selling price. She provided all the vendors with estimates so we could make our choices. We sat back and let Diana do what she does best. She staged the condo, did an open house and came back with 10 offers in 3 days which were all above our asking price by 25K. We picked one that was 35K above asking price. There were several that were higher but Diana shared some of the red flags that might impact closing. Bottom line is that she has the experience, knowledge and communication skills that will make your real estate transaction the easiest one you will ever have.

Diana went above and beyond in helping us sell our home during the 2020 COVID craziness. She coordinated an incredible over 60 showings in less than 5 days, all by appointment due to COVID, and guided us through the 13 offers we received, ultimately exceeding our expected sale price by a large margin.

She kept us well informed through the entire process from listing and staging to closing, and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. We very much appreciated Diana's professionalism and personal involvement in the sale of our home, and highly recommend her.

Diana was very patient with us throughout the process of finding and purchasing our first home. We weren't really looking seriously at first and my husband and I couldn't really agree on the type of home or land we both wanted, but Diana stuck with us and showed us a handful of options. Just when we were going to put our search on hold because we had a baby on the way, Diana found us the perfect home! We had to move fast and Diana was able to get us in to view the home. We made an offer the next morning, and she walked us through the process. Since it was our first time, we didn't know the process well. Diana guided us through. Looking back, we wished we had a little more time to review, research, and understand what we were doing. We were a little rushed, but understandably we needed to move fast if we wanted this house. Diana gave us advice and walked us through all the paperwork and negotiations. That night, even with multiple bids, our offer was accepted. Diana stuck with us through the entire process, from the inspection, to guiding us to ask the right questions, making sure we checked all the boxes--and she even showed up to the septic inspection when I wasn't able to attend to ensure everything went well. All this happened at the peak of the covid-19 pandemic, we were able to close and move right before the mandatory shelter-in-place order for King County. Diana met with us, called us, emailed and texted us throughout the entire ordeal. We were grateful for her dedication, patience, honesty, and overall care she took to ensure we were happy in our new home. She even gifted us beautiful welcome home kits that included everything we needed to stay safe during the pandemic. Thank you, Diana!

We had such an amazing buying experience with her, always willing to show us houses on times that worked well for our schedule and as first time home buyers we saw dozens of homes! Diana helped my husband and I purchase our new home, and then sell our old home once we were settled. We are beyond thankful for crossing paths with Diana in the most unique way while we were looking at a local open house. From the moment we met, her caring personality, professionalism and attention to detail made the overwhelming process much simpler as she walked with us every step of the way during both our purchase and sale. She was a wonderful advocate for us during the purchase of our new home, she even took time to come visit us on our moving day to make sure we had all we needed. At one point we weren’t sure if we wanted to sell our old home before spending a few years being landlords. I couldn't speak highly enough of Diana. We've been friends for years and I chose her not just because of that aspect but because I know I could trust her with the selling process. My Mom and I couldn't have been more pleased!!! From the start to finish, she was there every step of the way. Our situation was a bit of a challenge since I live across the country but she was very patient. The time difference made it hard to sync our schedule as well but she was very responsive and pro-active on communicating with us. In the end, we were very happy with the outcome. We just recently sold our condo and all thanks to her for being such a pro. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell she takes pride of her career. As a friend and a realtor, she never influenced our decisions and helped us through the entire process. Very professional, Diana went above and beyond!!!

Diana was absolutely amazing throughout our buying experience! We met her by chance at an open house and her genuine personality allowed us to give further consideration to buying a house. She really took the time to understand our needs and tailored a search that helped us land on our perfect place! I was so impressed that she never made this about a commission, but all about the possibility of finding the ideal place for a family. Diana went above and beyond to help me purchase the right home just for me. She took me to look at several houses in various areas. When I found the one I wanted, she encouraged me with notes and gifts every step of the way. I was overwhelmed with her kindness, generosity, and professionalism.
