My name is Diana Taylor and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate in the Southern Maryland area including Dunkirk, Huntingtown, Chesapeake Beach, North Beach, Prince Frederick, Upper Marlboro, District Heights, and surrounding areas.

I am a sports enthusiast (GO RAVENS) and go to 90% of the games. Come tailgate with me anytime -- my husband and I love to cook. I am a young and recent retiree with 31 years of service with the City of Baltimore. After assisting my husband in the real estate business for 5 years and planning for my retirement I received my license a year ago and was working part time.

Now I can devote myself full time to real estate and spending time with my dog, Paris, who is a 5 pound vicious Chihuahua. My dog and I love to shop at Home Depot and Lowes and go there at least twice a week. So if you see a 5 pound light brown dog walking the aisles, stop and say hello but don't put your fingers near her - she thinks she's a 80 pound Rottweiler and I don't want her to find out otherwise - bad for her ego.

I have been buying and selling houses for the past 23 years for myself - both as personal residences and investments, so being a real estate agent is the perfect fit for me. I also renovate houses - hence my investment property, so I can see potential in every home and I truly love making homes great places to live in.
