Diane Brown is truly a professional realtor, more so than any realtor we have dealt with in Nevada. The days of the week or the time of day means nothing to Diane. She works around the clock to satisfy her customers.
Another thing is her followup and advise. What ever question(s) we have this career professional continues to find answers for us and our daughter who is new to the Incline Village area.
This has not been an easy move for our daughter along with the low inventory in the Incline Village area. Knowing these challenges, it did not deter Diane. She still found the best for our daughter and helped get her into a home that was affordable.
Working with the escrow company she made the process smoother and professional. Again, much of this was due to her relationship with the escrow company.
Even after the sale, she helped us with a great network of resources to assist us with repairs. This, in itself meant so much to us.
We cannot put into words how great Diane's performance is in doing a very difficult job under very challenging circumstances. Her hard work ethic and the relationships she has developed over the years has made this experience a great one.
I would have no reservations in recommending this hardworking, gifted professional.
