Diane is simply in a league of her own. I've worked with numerous realtors throughout the years and working with Diane is a breath of fresh air. No drama, professional and so knowledgeable. Working with Diane is just in a word easy. She is a step ahead on everything, has any issues resolved before I even knew about it, and on top of it is simply a good person who makes everything so easy and drama free. Frankly, everyone seems to "know someone" in real estate but the fact is that doesn't mean they're good at it. If you're looking for a true professional, Diane is the one you need to talk to without a doubt.

We were moving after 20 years and hadn’t a clue what to do. Diane was absolutely phenomenal to work with! Although we had a house built, her services were 100% needed. She was physically with us every step of the way, from picking out our lot and home finishes/upgrades right up til final walk through inspection and closing. Her expertise helped us make focused, smart decisions to ensure we spent money the right way (like rough plumbing for future basement completion, 9 foot ceilings, etc). Through the 6 month process, she was able to coordinate paperwork and make needed phone calls between the builder, bank and title company to ensure we closed on time. Her diligence made the process go as smoothly as possible.

She knows every nuance in reality while still being down to earth and understanding enough to dumb it down to someone like me who had no idea what she was doing. I can’t say enough good things about Diane (and her husband Jeff). They made the buying and selling of our house such a wonderful experience. She was extremely thoughtful and very caring during the whole process.
