Diane Buscham

I am a seasoned real estate professional having a vast knowledge of the Wildwoods and Cape May County. I was president and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce for many years. I also served on North Wildwood City Council and was a member of the South Jersey Ecomonic Development Commission and a former member of the North Wildwood Zoning Board of Adjustment. My son and I own a gymnastics, dance and cheerleading studio in Cape May County. Having lived in the Wildwoods for over 44 years, I have a vast knowledge of the area and am well know in the community. I am a former motel owner in North Wildwood and my husband, Paul DiFilippo, and I opened the first Bed and Breakfast in the Wildwoods in 1985 and operated it for 15 years. Paul and I work full time as a team in the real estate industry and available to help you with your real estate needs.
