About Diane

Diane began her real estate career in 1985 in the Greater Topeka market. She is the co-owner and associate broker of the Realty Professionals brokerage that started in 1993. She divides her time between listing and selling real estate, managing rental properties, helping her husband Stuart with management activities, and being a devoted grandmother. She makes home searching a fun activity for buyers, young and old and converts new prospects into longtime friends and repeats clients. She is a good listener but has a manner with buyers and sellers to suggest they may need to ask another question or two.

Stuart and she met the housing needs of hundreds of singles and families in a variety of prices, styles, and locations in Shawnee, Jackson, Jefferson, Osage, Wabaunsee, and Pottawatomie counties. Repeat business has been the happy result of friendships forged during the sometime stressful transactions that are the nature of the real estate.

She has the advanced real estate designation of Accredited Buyer Agent which course she could have instructed. A native Kansan, she grew up in Sterling and Boulder Colorado where she and her two brothers attended college. She is the recipient of the Sunflower Association of REALTORS® elite Masters Club and Andy Anderson Award for exceptional achievement in real estate sales as a career.
