Diane graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She worked as a Tax Accountant for both Ernst & Whinney and SOLO Cup, and as a Project Manager, before taking a career break to raise her children. Upon returning to the work force, Diane chose real estate as her career to best leverage and utilize the many skills she acquired in both business and through her extensive volunteer work for the Metropolis Theatre, St. Viator, and other local institutions.
