Dianne Knepper is one of the best real estate agents, I’ve ever worked with. She follows up, she pays attention to detail, and pursues every thing necessary to sell your property. I was involved in a very difficult transaction in Tuolumne, and she proceeded to get all of the details worked out, and brought me a qualified buyer. Diane was recommended to me by a couple mutual friends that we both had. From the start she treated me and my family like we were part of her family. She listened to our list of things we wanted to have in a home and immediately started searching around for us. When we would find a listing, and sent it to her, she would tell us the pros and cons of those houses from the inside knowledge she already had about the homes and properties. If they had issues, she would tell us honestly, so we could make a sound decision. This was our first home buying experience, and some of the process was overwhelming. Diane was able to clearly explain everything we had questions on, and made our buying process much smoother for us. Diane is very knowledgeable of the county housing and with realty. I'll definitely use her again in the future, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Diane (and her husband Tim) were wonderful to work with as we navigated the challenge of buying our first second home in the Twain Harte area. We started our search with Diane nearly 5 years ago, and she waited very patiently with us as we asked many questions, put in about 3 offers, backed out of several, and were very challenging to work with.

Now at the end of everything with our dream cabin in My Wuk Village, we couldn't be happier that we were picky and Diane was there with us the whole way. I'd venture to say we now consider her our first friend in the area.

Diane approaches every viewing with patience and a sense of humor that makes us feel welcome right off the bat. She never once made us feel like we were wasting her time, even though sometimes we felt like we were.

Diane is truly one-of-a-kind, and I can't recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for a home in the Twain Harte area.

Diane Knepper is a great realtor. I am a sales person myself and understand the importance and skills of a good sales individual. She is extremely responsive, answers all questions and is tough with the opposing parties. She had me in contract within a few days of our offer. She understood the price I needed to offer to get the home I wanted. This is my second home purchase, and if I ever buy or sell another home, I will certainly call her first. Diane and Tim were so helpful in finding the best place for us! They really understood what we wanted in a house with the freedom of open space out the back door. Diane helped me every step of the way in buying my first home. The market was really hot and she helped me prepare to take the necessary steps so I could act quickly to get my dream home. She took me on home tour after home tour. Her patience and local knowledge were much appreciated.
