Dianne and the Dianne Christian Team went above and beyond to help us sell our home and purchase another one. Our house sold in a record 6 weeks in the Spring of 2011 after it went on the market ... in a down economy and in a neighborhood with several other houses for sale. Dianne has a real eye for what sells and was most helpful with suggestions to make our home stand out among the rest. Dianne's son, Matt Daniel, was also very helpful when he showed us houses and held an Open House. Dianne's assistant, Ashley, is extremely competent and no matter how difficult our questions or requests, she is able to get the answers for us, or task handled in a cheerful and professional manner. I was referred to The Dianne Christian Team by a friend at work. A friend is a good place to start when looking for a Realtor but it only works out about 50% of the time. We were new to the Nashville area but had already looked at several areas and neighborhoods. We were more than a little confused. Our Realtor Matt Daniel was a great help. He was very familiar with the neighborhoods, the cities and the area builders. He was always on time and always seemed to find time to fit our schedule. He helped us with research but wasn't afraid to let us do research on our own as well. We have bought and sold many houses over the years but Matt is the only Realtor that actually saved me money on the purchase price. I will be recommending this Team to my friends.

Dianne and her support team were great! She helped me find the exact house I needed and didn't get me distracted with houses that didn't fit my profile. Although I have experience as a real estate attorney, she guided me through the closing process per local customs. It was a great experience and I'd definitely work with her again!
