We were just 2 old friends who had kicked around the idea of doing the Golden Girls lifestyle. Then we accidentally ran into Dianne Purdie. We had no real intention of buying at On Top of The World...we were just on a lark at first. Then Dianne and David took us under their wings. They actually took the time to discover what WE wanted...not what they thought we wanted! Dianne spent a whole day showing us floor plans to get a feel of our matrix of desires. What realtor does that??? There was no pressure...no stress...no BS! When we did find the dream home, they took care of EVERYTHING.....all questions answered...all problems handled....all worries abated! The closing was seamless. We were very well taken care of....above and beyond any other realtor I have ever dealt with. Would I recommend them??? Beyond a doubt! We can't thank them enough! Looking for a realtor – Purdie Team is for you. I lived 3 states away, one visit with Dianne and her showing me houses and she knew. I actually bought my home from photos she and David took - crazy, I trusted & it worked. They found me my home, they worked with me, even after closing. And continue too, though I am 2 months from moving. Concierge Level of Service, you bet ya; always putting the customer first.

Dianne was great! Within a couple of days of her listing, we had an offer in hand, and a couple days later we had received a signed purchase agreement! The offer price was very satisfactory, and the buyer's lender's appraisal was right on target with the price in Dianne's listing for our house! Because we were snowbirds, Dianne managed the staging, the walk-through viewings, and the house inspections for us. Dianne also arranged the closing so we could close the sale remotely, which saved us time and expense of flying to Florida again! This was a pleasantly satisfying and professionally handled transaction! Dianne is the go-to realtor for the Ocala area, especially in On Top of the World and other retirement communities nearby. Dianne Purdie was extremely helpful in helping me sell a home in On Top The World this year. She provided excellent advice about how to price the house, how to stage the house, and she went over and above to help us every step of the way. She went far beyond my expectations of what a realtor/broker does for a seller, especially when you are working with him/her from a distance. Purchasing a home through Dianne Purdie was a most pleasant experience. In addition to being very personable and very knowledgeable, she went out of her way to assist us with our remote purchase (we are snowbirds). Not only did she arrange for us to view fresh new online local listings, on our behalf, she made a video walk through of a house that looked good to us on one of those internet listings she located. The remote viewing was so positive, we flew down, did our own walk through, made an offer which was accepted, and now are living in a beautiful home with an enclosed screened courtyard surrounded by views of green spaces...we had dreamed of someday having amenities like those in this house since we were in our twenties! We bought a house from Dianne and could not have been happier. We looked at quite a few homes with her and she never got tired of explaining all the pros and cons of each home. Her knowledge of the current housing market in Ocala was also very helpful. Dianne took excellent care of us during the whole buying experience. She guided us every step of the way and always had great recommendations for inspections, service providers, etc. Since we were new to the area, we had her recommend a financial institution. With her pick, we were able to close 2 weeks earlier than expected (and the whole financial application process was a breeze). I highly recommend Dianne for her expediency and professionalism.
