About Dick

After more than 30 years as a realtor in the Clarksville area, he still looks forward to going to work each day. To him, it’s all about the interaction with the people he meets. When he and his wife Kathy established The Littleton Group 20 years ago, their goal was to give each client their undivided attention. Over 4,000 closed transactions later, their method must be working. Matching a buyer’s needs with the best available selection of houses or helping sellers get the best possible contract is still their objective.

A former Realtor of the Year and Past President of the local realtors association, he was a recipient of the “Legend Award” for continued exemplary performance from Prudential Real Estate. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the APSU Governors Club and is vice-chairman of the board of directors of Legends Bank.

He is an ordained deacon and a member of 2nd Mile Church (Southern Baptist denomination). He is on the board of directors of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and spends a lot of his spare time in that ministry.

He and Kathy have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren. Prior to entering real estate he spent 18 years in public education as a teacher, counselor and college administrator. He holds BA and MA degrees from Austin Peay State University and finds his educator’s background to be very helpful when new families ask questions about the area schools.

In his spare time, he is a decent bass fisherman, lure maker, and gardener. His black lab, Lucy, is a constant companion. He and Kathy enjoy living in the country where they can raise a garden and work in their yard.
