Diem Nguyen is the very definition of excellence! During this tough period of time, timing and good pricing are the key factors in selling a property. Diem has incredible knowledge of the market and its timing; she gave us the right suggestions, and our property was quickly pending at the exact price that we expected. Diem is a true professional, and she even helped us communicate with our tenants living on the property, and coordinated the tenants' moving out, cleaning, fixing and staging.

Diem Nguyen has been my realtor since 2007 when I purchased my first house. Then I used her again to purchased another house in 2010. Now I recently just sold my house. She represented me to all my transactions . She is trust worthy, responsive even late night when I need an answer. She is responsible and informative to all my concerns and questions . I also recommended to her many of my friends and they all very happy . Diem is a 10+ . Highly recommended.
