Had it not been for his willingness, knowledge and eagerness/energetic momentum (to say the least) I’m for certain I wouldn’t have been able to declare myself a first time homebuyer !

I was so discouraged by the time I found Dion. The pandemic caused a complete shift into non-buyer friendly market. On top of that, I started out my home search working with another agent (non Iron Valley Real Estate) from a popular, local firm, but to no avail. She barely kept in contact & didn’t get to know my preferences or me as a buyer/individual. With that disconnect, I ended up engulfing myself with so much additional work, working as a one woman team just about.

I came across Dion & Iron Valley Real Estate when I needed them the most, just as I was ready to call it off entirely .

Dion, kept in contact with me every day, which was PARAMOUNT in that market at the time, and for ME.
Dion aggressively stayed up to date with the market which provided the opportunity to see actually see myself as a buyer in that gruesome market.
Soon I was comfortable enough, and willing to entertain my dream of finally becoming a homeowner.
Dion never let a question go unanswered, he never let a thought/option go non-entertained. Him and his team, not only worked for me, but WITH me. I needed everything I could get to help make homebuying a reality. I was never left short of what I needed whenever I reached out.

If I don’t tell someone every day how much of an impact he made on my life and on my investment I’d be doing Dion and his team a disservice. I could never be a first time homebuyer again but I will forever be a client of Dion & Iron Valley.

There will never be another team For Me.
