Anytime I get a call from Dion to shoot a listing, I know I'm in for a treat. Dion and his team ensure that every property I'm called to shoot is absolutely pristine. A lot of realtors I work with don't take the time to make sure the property looks its best before its listed. I can tell you, as someone who shoots hundreds of homes, attention to detail like this makes a difference.
