Dion Stallberg was absolutely the best real estate agent we have ever transacted business with! I contacted Dion to inquire about short term leases on residential properties in Laguna Woods Village and within 24 hours he sent several listings that were on the market that met the criteria we discussed. I explained that my husband and I had a four month window that we were trying to negotiate and Dion ensured that the listings fit all of the parameters of what we were looking for. Once we found a property suitable to our needs, Dion quickly processed the application and background checks and updated us on the progress every step of the way! Dion was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated with us in a timely manner throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this agent! We would give 10 stars if we could!

The outstanding online video and pictorial presentation prompted vast interest from potential buyers and the house was sold in 7 days and escrow closed in 2 weeks. Dion helped us find our home years ago, and when it came time to sell, it was an easy decision for us to work him again. Dion always worked for the best outcomes for us, and this included keeping in touch after the deal was done and helping us out with anything that came up later.

We were assigned Dion on 3rd Feb 2021 after we registered looking for purchasing a new home. By the 5th of Mar 2021, we had finalised on our dream home.

Dion's capability is thus, he is very pleasing, positive, knowledgable, passionate and a thorough professional. He was very efficient and was very attentive to even the minutest requirements we had mentioned.

An Indian family, we have our set of rules of Vaasthu (like the Feng Shui). Dion was so considerate and always checked all the details and then took us on a home showing.

Though we turned down many properties he showed, he kept finding more & more newer homes and was very aggressive until we got the one of our taste. Never did he force us with any property, he was patient and wanted us to have our dream home.

Even after we closed the Escrow, he is always there for any assistance we need. We highly recommend his services and will always choose him for any property that we would buy in future.

My wife and I ran into Dion while we were looking for a home to purchase. In each situation where we found a home that we loved we were outbid by cash offers way over appraised value so we gave up. But Dion did not give up he sent out flyers made phone calls network and came across an off market property that was exactly what we were looking for he was able to negotiate with the seller and make the impossible possible. I would highly recommend Dion Stallberg of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. From the beginning of the process of getting the house ready to list, his advice on “must-do” to just “suggestions” was spot on. His recommendation of the listing price was realistic and competitive. The house sold in a week, but unfortunately the buyer’s house fell out of escrow. Then the restrictions hit regarding COVID-19. During this downtime Dion was optimistic and was always in touch. He responded quickly to any concerns or questions. After restrictions eased, the house sold and recently closed escrow. Dion is a honest and straightforward professional. He is a good communicator and negotiator. I have already recommended Dion to several neighbors and friends.

Dion recently helped us purchase a home in Laguna Niguel. We probably looked at 15 houses with Dion before we found the right one. Dion was very responsive to all of our communications (text, phone, email) which is very important in a competitive home buying market. Having an assertive, knowledgeable realtor is essential and Dion helped us thru every step of the process. He kept us up to date during the negotiating process and even had the sellers add in the upgraded fridge (a bonus for us) without our knowledge. This was a nice surprise, along with referring us to a professional painter that beat rates of all the competitors. Dion made himself very available to us -answering questions, scheduling house viewings and thru the entire buying process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor. Not to mention, he's a genuinely good guy, with your best interest in mind.
