When starting the process of looking for a house to buy I called Dionne based on an excellent recommendation. She called back very quickly and started the process for me based on the area and type of house I was looking for. She set me up on her very efficient email system, that sent me property pictures of homes in the area and price range I was looking for . She even provided information on and took me to see homes that I had found outside of her list. When she showed me the house that I wanted the most she acted instantly in taking the steps to make the home mine. During this process Dionne was extremely knowledgeable and very informative , explaining exactly what I needed to do and making sure I always knew what was going to happen next. In addition to being highly professional Dionne's outstanding personality made what could have been a stressful experience very comfortable and fun for me. After my offer was accepted Dionne continued to communicate with me and the seller and negotiated terms that were very beneficial to me. Dionne also kept in very frequent contact making sure everything was going as planned. This included phone contact, email reminders and very detailed charts with deadlines to help me keep everything organized. On the day of closing I met Dionne for the final walk through...everything was exactly as she had negotiated . She was with me during the actual closing process very willing to take the extra time to explain everything to me again to make me feel very comfortable. I am now a proud owner of a house I love, and Dionne still checks in from time to time to ask how things are going. From start to finish she was incredibly professional , effecient and personable.
