I’d give 10 stars if I could! I’ll just say, I knew we were in the right hands the first time we met Dionte. Being a first time homebuyer I didn’t know what to expect and Dionte is so knowledgable of the housing market overall, the process was essentially a smooth one. He’s kind, attentive and also very patient - we’d see 2/3 houses per day and was by our side every step of the way answering the same question probably 4/5 times (mostly from me). He walked my fiance and I through this process from beginning to the end (and even after closing) and for that we are grateful. He’s your guy if your looking to buy a home or sell one. You won’t be disappointed!

Dionte recently helped us buy our first home and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was all a new experience for us and he was patient and took the time to explain and walk us through all of the steps so that it could become a seamless transition. I never felt pressured by him to make a decision on a home that wasn't the right fit just so that he could get commission. I would most certainly recommend him for anyone looking for realtor.

Working with Dionte Thompson throughout my home buying journey was excellent. He was knowledgeable, very responsive and honest. He provided upfront information from beginning to end. He was in no way pushy nor eagerly attempting to get a sale. He continually inquired on how I was feeling about a property and certain aspects of it that he knew I was not keen on. During the process he gave me multiple resources to reach out to but did not make it seem like it was a must I go with them, just being helpful. Truly making it has streamlined as he could. Going on "go sees" was actually pretty cool even if the property was trash because Dionte made me feel as if I was viewing it with my professional family member. I would recommend his services 10 times over because he'll make sure you find the house that is your home like he did for me.

This agency is very professional with friendly and knowledgeable agents/staff. Dionté Thompson was our agent and he really took care of us well. During our home buying experience he was extremely friendly and patient. He made himself readily available to tend to our questions and concerns. Dionté was also very knowledgeable. My husband and I asked many questions throughout the process and always felt confident after receiving a response from him.
