So great working with Dixie! She always picks up the phone, was very attentive and so helpful! We were only purchasing a very small lot, and all of the other realtors who had similar listings seemed to not have the time to be bothered with such small potatoes but Dixie got it done for us extremely fast and painless! Dixie took on the task of a lot to be sold in a down market and area, Glebe Harbor, Montross, VA. I live in Wyoming and that was no problem for Dixie. She used the necessary ommunications media to keep me in the loop and her energy and enthusiasm was primary in finding a buyer and culminaing the sale in a active, professional, involved manner. I would reccommend Dixie to anyone seeking the services of a committed realto/sales agent. In all, Dixie is a gem in a field not as often as appriciated as it should be.

Dixie Washington was fantastic! She was very proactive in the whole process. No matter what questions or concerns we had she responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We kept getting things upended through the process (not because of her) and she guided us through without missing a step to the finish line).
