About D'Layne

D’Layne first became a licensed realtor in Ohio prior to graduating from Miami University in Oxford Ohio in 1988. Her initial interest in investment property led her through a variety of business deals and great experience early in her career.

In 1994 D’Layne became a Mortgage Banker with JP Morgan Chase. After building a strong portfolio she was asked to work exclusively with Private Banking Clients. She went on to become the banks “Relocation Specialist” for Executive Level leadership assisting in both relocation of existing employees as well as new leadership. Prior to her leaving the bank she became the top grossing loan originator closing over 50 Million dollars in home loans.

As a full-time Naples resident, D’Layne is happy to share her knowledge of the area with buyers from the perspective of both visitor, which she was for 20+ years, and as a full time resident. As a mother of four children currently in different local schools, middle and high, D’Layne has strong ties to the community. Her oldest son is currently attending the University of Colorado in Boulder and other son attending school at Florida State University. D’Layne’s hobbies include tennis, pickleball, boating, paddle boarding, biking and yoga, all of which are plentiful in the Naples Area.
