Domenico was extremely helpful, caring, and fun! I worked with Domenico for about 16 months and learned so much along the way. The condo I ended up buying was only the second one I put an offer on. I couldn’t make the open house due to being in quarantine from covid, so Domenico went for me and took videos! And what do you know I ended up with that home! I can’t thank Domenico enough and can’t wait to work with him again in the future!

Domenico is great! He helped us purchase our first home in 2015 (Quincy) and because of that great experience, we worked with him again in 2021 when we decided to sell that house to buy a new one (Randolph). He’s very responsive, professional, thoughtful and thorough. Great communication all around made the process as smooth as can be. We always had a fun time looking at houses with him and discussing our options. He’s very attentive and has consistently gone above and beyond. He also has a great network of real estate lawyers, mortgage brokers and home inspectors who were all excellent and made the process as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Domenico for buying and/or selling your house.

Working with Domenico made the selling of our house a breeze.

Domenico is always on time, prepared, and quick to respond to any questions we may have had. He is very diligent and has a great understanding of the market and what buyers are looking for. He provided us excellent advice and guidance on not only the house selling process but also in preparing for the open house.

Throughout the whole process he was always on top of things, making sure all the necessary paperwork and inspections were in order to ensure the whole process went smoothly and there were no delays or last minute surprises.

We've now bought and sold a house with Domenico as our agent and through both of these experiences Domenico has produced excellent results and exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

We worked with Domenico for almost a year, through the Pandemic and being laid off in the middle of our search. Being first time home buyers, he helped us through the entire process and made it enjoyable. All of his recommended contacts, from the mortgage lender to the home inspector, were responsive and easy to work with. Domenico was friendly, professional, and honest. He was knowledgeable about the market and houses in the Brockton area, which made it super easy to determine what was going to work for us. After a frustrating experience with another realtor, we reached out to our friends and family for recommendations and DJB Realty was held in such high regards that we just had to give them a shot.

Domenico was great throughout our process. He fought for us, advised us, was extremely responsive, and was just an overall good guy to work with. Our purchase had a few hiccups at various stages, but Domenico handled them like a champ. He informed us of the issue immediately, informed us of our options, talked us through the pros and cons of each option, and, ultimately, left the decision up to us. He then went to bat for us whatever option we picked. I would certainly work with him again.

Domenico is absolutely amazing. He was there from the first step to the absolute last(even when he didn’t have to) to make sure we had all of our questions answered and that we felt comfortable.
