He has over 10 years of retail and corporate retail management experience and have been a licensed real estate agent since 1997. He has also been instrumental in the effective marketing that has helped The DeHanas Team reach a highly successful status in the National real estate community. He has a very strong record of REO sales, and many years of experience handling bank-owned home management, marketing and sales, and she is also very experienced in short sales and bank-owned homes, and have helped many families avoid foreclosure, and she is also holding a designation with the Council of Residential Specialists, one of the most widely recognized, and highly acclaimed designations in the real estate industry. Additionally, she has a great deal of experience with Estate Sales and working with family members who are selling a home due to the loss of a loved one.

My accomplishments include being a member of the Cadre of Star Power Stars, where she played a role in the education of "best business practices" to real estate professionals from around the country.

Having resided with her family in Southern Maryland since 1968, She knows the local area and its landscape. She is familiar with the area roadways to waterways, and participate with many community events, social organizations, and local charities.
