We can't say enough amazing things about Don.

When we arrived to VA in 2018, he found us our dream home and had us in it in 30 days. When we sold in 2021, his insight grabbed us another $20K over asking price.

He's, been in the business for almost 30 years, he knows everyone, has worked with everyone, and can navigate the home buying process with his eyes closed. He even went so far as to connect us with a relator when we moved to a different state - seriously went above and beyond.

It has been a pleasure working with Don! In an extremely competitive and crazy market he was there to make our search easy and organized. He took the time to sit us down and help us understand the steps and processes at the beginning. He was always willing to quickly schedule viewings for us so we had a chance to find our dream home! Don was able to help us buy a house in 2019. He was proactive and walked us through the entire process. He made it very easy and explained every detail.

In 2021, Don helped us sell the same house we bought in 2019. He was just as helpful with explaining the process and walked us through everything. We received numerous offers on the first day and had our house under contract within a few days.

As I planned my retirement from the Navy and move to Virginia from New York to be closer to me kids I needed an agent I could trust (an agent with integrity). I could not have been more pleased with the guidance, patience, and friendship provided by Don Duty. From the first contact to the final closing I always felt that he was looking out for my best interest. My fiancé and I told Don exactly what we were looking for from over 500 miles away and he ensured he had about 10 houses lined up that would fit our needs. I’ve never owned a home before and have heard horror stories about trying to schedule all the inspections, lawyers, and walkthroughs. Don is the best in the business!!! He was there for us every step of the way and found us a great deal on our first home! Then five years later when we were ready to move he sold our house in 9 days at a nice profit for us!!! We wish would could have him as a realtor in Ohio but he even found us our realtor here! Don is very trustworthy and we value his advice as it was always right on the mark!
