Don Pippin

A resident of Charlotte since 1983, Don has worked over 20 years in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the area of land brokerage and acquisition. He started his career in 1986 with Southern Real Estate. He then joined Lat Purser and Associates where he worked until 1997, when he founded his own land brokerage company, Piedmont Land Sales, Inc. In the past 10 years he has been one of the areas most active land brokers working in both the Carolinas. His knowledge of the entire land process has allowed him to assist one of his clients in identifying and purchasing over 40 land tracts for residential developments. He is active in his church; involved in Search Ministries; and enjoys spending time with his family.
