Don Spiers

Don Spiers comes from a family with 50 years of real estate experience and has been personally involved in the industry off and on for nearly 35+ years.

Don spent 33 years in sales, sales management and marketing in the lumber and building materials industry. He likes to say,” I still sell lumber, it’s just all nailed up!”

His vast knowledge of building materials, construction quality, general maintenance, repair and upgrade, smart home technology, as well as home staging sets him apart from other REALTORs and ads a tremendous value to his clients.

Married to wife Sandy with two children, Don and his family have called Wilmington home since 2000. When he is not spending time with them, he enjoys working on home projects, playing golf, and playing drums for the Wilmington-based cover band, Jack Jack 180.
