I wanted to take a minute to write this review, I recently used Don Vandover as my realtor and listing agent to sell my house at 2532 Flinn Springs Rd. I cannot express how thoroughly satisfied, thankful, and very lucky I am to have Don as my listing agent. From start to finish Don was nothing short of totally amazing. Let me say that again, amazing! He was on top of everything, communicating, coordinating, and ensuring my wishes and needs were understood and respected at every step of the process. Don gave real time updates throughout the entire process. We were always on the same page and zero miscommunications or missteps. This led to a sale price that was 6.75% over the asking price of the home listing. Additionally this was 2.12% increase for the comp on the exact model match that had sold months prior. Making my home the highest model match EVER sold in Eastlake Trails! Moreover my home was only on the market for seven days, receiving multiple very competitive offers. The buyer loved the home so much that they asked for no concessions, and completed escrow in seven days! This was directly because of the work that Don and his team put into getting us ready to go to market. Wow, just wow. Don is so very very good at what he does, I cannot say that enough. Coldwell Banker recognized Don as 2024 International Award Winner Top 4% Worldwide for sales. His Talent and professionalism shined brightly making me feel safe and secure even during uncertain political and economic times. Don is the man!

First and foremost. If you have ever bought or sold a home, you know how stressful it can be. Add a toddler to the mix and its a nightmare. Don made the process for us so much better! I'm a lucky homeowner that had the expertise of an agent taking interest in my home and understanding my needs. My wife and I had many discussions in regards to the price point of our residence and Mr. Vandover settled and negotiated a great return. His expertise and knowledge of the area helped keep out low pricing and got a fair and comparable price. Don's marketing skills added value to the transaction by having an outstanding open house which his partner Mr. Watt participated and helped in the sale. I made a few adjustments that Don suggested which updated a few items....if he tells you to paint, don't ask just do it. Don also helped by providing a spectacular person Ms. Vera to do the final cleaning and a great termite contractor Mr. Wille from Termite Works. In all the total experience and sale was less than 25 days.

I learned so much about Real Estate just from the experience with selling my house with Don Vandover. You're in good hands with Don and Michael. I sold my house while living in another state and he made it less stressful and less painful as possible. He told me step by step what to do. With the help from my mother, getting things ready, what a team!! I knew from the first conversation over Facetime with Don that I knew I didn't have to worry. He had my best interest at heart. Don was simply wonderful in guiding us through the stress and intricacies of buying and selling homes. He was outstanding in doing market analysis, walking us through the process of pre-sale, showing, escrow details, sale, and post-sale requirements. He was able to do this in a kind and affable manner despite our sometimes less so questioning. In the process of selling one house and purchasing another, Don demonstrated how much better he is as a realtor than the other agents who we were dealing with. He noticed their mistakes and corrected them before we had any issues. We were able to close on the purchased in 19 days; and on the one we sold in 30 days for $15,000 more than our asking price after multiple offers were submitted in the first couple of days on market. We will definitely use Don again and recommend him to all our friends.

There are so many wonderful things to be said about Don. His vast knowledge is only surpassed by his patience for first time home buyers.
