Where do I began?!! Donald Beeby, Beebs is what I call him is an all around awesome individual. From a mentor/coach in high school; fast forward 16 years later and he is now my realtor. He stepped right in and was able to find me and my children the best home we could ever imagine. Very attentive and good and what he does. If you are looking for someone to get the job done- he’s definitely your person!! I’m so grateful to have worked with him and I know you will be too ❤️

Donald Beeby was sent to us from the heavens! I live on the west coast and needed to help my mother, who lives in Alexandria, VA, sell her home. I reached out to Donald Beeby a year ago (summer 2021) and met with him at my mother’s home. We met with a few other real estate agents…I wanted to provide her with options so that she would not feel limited. My mother and I immediately knew that we wanted for Donald Beeby to represent her and for a number of reasons, some of which included his down to earth demeanor, no pressure attitude and willingness for flexibility. My mother was very emotional about having to sell her home of almost 40 years, so we needed someone that would not pressure her, but would also help get the job done and in a sensitive manner. Donald Beeby did just that and more! He has quite literally helped my mother and I both through every step of the way over this past year of planning and making things come to fruition, including the facilitation and gentle handling of the sale of my mother’s house. He was able to handle the situation in a manner that was as painless as possible for her. This man went above and beyond in so many ways that I cannot count - but just to name a few...he made many laborious trips for us to help remove items from the home (none of which were within his job description or part of the deal), he brought in outside help when needed, he would check in with my mom (as well as myself) regularly, not only to make sure that things were moving along, but also to make sure that everyone was holding up emotionally. I would absolutely recommend Donald Beeby time and time again!!!

Don is an amazing realtor! He helped my fiance and I find our first home. Don assisted us through the entire process he broke every aspect of the process down for us to be able to understand. Don treated us like family and made sure we got everything we wanted. I appreciated his honesty and flexibility with us most of all.
If we ever decide to buy a new home he will be my first call.

Don has been a long time family friend so we can speak to his character from more than just the sale of our house. Don is honest and straight forward. Our house was far from the perfect in condition to sell house. Don gave us great guidance, pitched in on the work and made our dream move happen. His advice was spot on. Don is very easy to work with. I originally started working with him looking to purchase but decided to rent for a year or two before purchasing. Within a few meetings, he already had a very good idea of what I was looking for. He is very quick to respond and, when his schedule permits, is willing to meet for viewings on short notice. I will definitely work with Don when I am ready to purchase a home. If you need a good realtor that knows the NOVA market, Don is your guy!

If you're looking to buy a home and you don't know where to begin... Don is your guy! My husband I were simply cold calling realtors to get information on various homes to rent in the Virginia area. One thing led to another and we formed a professional relationship with Don quickly. Before we knew it, he had given us the motivation and assurance that we needed to get back to our original aspirations to buy a home versus renting again. Don has sent us news letters and cards since day one. With our quick change in plans to locate in Maryland instead of Virginia, Don connected us with the right people who were licensed in the area. Nonetheless, he has not left our side and still stays in contact with us. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us. Don is authentic, professional, responsive, informative, and so much more!

Don helped us buy our first home! We were nervous to start this process during the pandemic, but with his help we got it done and are in a house we love. We saw less than 10 homes throughout NOVA, he was able to give us advice on different areas which was helpful. Our kids were not allowed in many of the homes we visited due to the pandemic and he would watch them in the car for us so my husband and I could tour the home together. He even brought us a pie to celebrate our first Thanksgiving in our new home. Appreciate Beeby and all his help!

Don is excellent! I was not immediately pressed to find a home. Don showed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. He showed me multiple homes over a few months. He collaborated with the mortgage company to ensure I did everything I needed to do in order to secure my home purchase. I have known Don for nearly three decades.
