Donald was absolutely phenomenal & instrumental in selling our home, not only in the preparation and maximizing of its marketability, but also in securing a beyond expected sales price and making the entire transaction smooth and easy.

His expertise and insight into how to go about the prepping and selling process was so instrumental and really put me at ease the entire way. His knowledge and familiarity with different options and scenarios really put us at an advantage and I couldn’t have been happier throughout the whole process. It was seamless and stress-free! Who knew the selling process could actually be enjoyable?!

Donald was so friendly, astute and attentive. Not only are you getting a knowledgeable agent, but your getting a comedian as well (the guy is super funny) you really get the whole package when selling with Donald. I am so glad a friend recommended him to me because he is really quite exceptional at what he does. If you are selling or buying a home, Donald is your man!

I first spoke to Donald when I called him to view a condo he was representing for the owner. He told me it was rented already. I asked him if he knew of any other unit similar that was available. He told me no and we then spoke about my needs and what I was hoping to find. He was very pleasant and attentive. I could tell that he was "one of the few good ones" and was really concerned about helping me. A short time later he called to tell me that the deal fell through and the unit was available again. I made a couple appointments to view it that I needed to cancel. I had fallen and broke my femur and hip and was hooping around on crutches. I finally made it to view the unit and made an offer for Donald to present to the owner. He called back shortly to tell me that my offer was accepted. By that time friends pointed out that I was in no condition to move. I felt very bad for all of Donald's time I had wasted. He showed great concern for me and my issues and assuranced me that my needs came first and not to worry.
He really is a good caring man. I am a 68 year old man and have bought and sold more condos than most. Including 3 with one agent. No one treated me as well as Donald did. All I did was throw him curve balls and he never put his needs ahead of mine. If you are buying, selling or renting, Donald is the person you want to do business with. I only hope my health improves to the point where I can.

Just sold our house with Donald. We had exceptional service from start to finish. All of the viewings were handled by the estate agent and condensed into one weekend for our convenience. All offers were negotiated by Donald himself and our house was sold above asking price! Everything we needed was done promptly and efficiently.

Donald is amazing!!! As a first time homebuyer, this whole process is so unknown and scary! Donald helped us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions, he was always available to take our calls and would always give us his honest advice. We beat out multiple offers on our home and he negotiated repair credits and an extension since the loan process was a little bumpy/delayed. We will definitely use him in the future if we ever decide to sell or buy! Best realtor in San Diego!

Donald is not only very professional and prompt in handling any and all matters, he is an incredibly warm, fun, and pleasant presence. It was a joy to have him manage the apartment complex I lived in for a year and a half; I chose the building because of his glowing reviews and was not disappointed. Since I was moving from across the country, he was even kind enough to allow me to FaceTime him to see inside my prospective apartment "in person". Donald Byrn has been my point of contact for a rental property I’ve been at for 2 years. Anytime I needed anything (even locking myself out of my house on a Saturday night) he was there for me. His communication is flawless and he is nothing short of professional. These may seem like common characteristics that someone in his position should already have, but if you’re like me and have moved all over San Diego, you know that is not the case! I’ve had some rude property managers that speak as if they are doing me a favor or respond days later. He is a gem! When I get my own property in San Diego, I will not hesitate to use him as a property manager when I rent my place out because I already know my tenants would be treated with respect and get what they need. Highly recommend this man!
