We moved from Wisconsin to Melbourne FL and wanted to work with an agent who knew the area. Donald grew up and has spent his life in the area. It's NOT easy to try and find a new home when you live 1500 miles away. You can't just call your agent and say "here's some homes I'd like to walk through next week." Donald was always willing to do a virtual walkthrough of any house we wanted him to. We finally found the perfect one, made a special trip to physically see it, and made an offer that was accepted. During the contract period Donald was always responsive and willing to look into anything or get any questions answered. From Wisconsin to Florida - Donald has our highest recommendation.
