The majority of Don’s business is developed from past business. Over 80% is from referrals, from past customers and clients, from acquaintances and loved ones. He has helped the children of clients and next-door neighbors of friends in their Real Estate needs.

Through the years, Don has truly enjoyed helping his customers attain their goal of home ownership. He takes pleasure demonstrating how home ownership and real estate investments can increase their net worth; analyzing the use of financing as a tool to increase the return on investment. After all, the goal is to develop a plan that increases wealth in future years.
