Professionally I love helping folks realize their dreams through either the sale or purchase of their home. My goal is to make the individual's experience memorable by providing a distinctive service.

Excellence in the workplace is not based solely upon years of experience, but also on the number of transactions participated in. I have been in the business for 16 years, averaging 25-35 transactions per year, and ranking in the top 10% of all agents in the El Paso County region.

I have an in-depth knowledge of the Colorado Springs market, having resided here since 1965. Upon graduating from high school, I joined the United States Coast Guard, serving from 1968-1972. I then attended college at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS), graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1977. My sales career started with working for Procter & Gamble for 23 years. Upon retirement, I entered the profession of Real Estate, joining the RE/MAX Network as an independent agent.

My ministry focus has included short term mission projects in several parts of the world over the last 30 years. My wife and I also led an RFKC camp for 8 years in the Springs area working closely with the El Paso County Department of Human Services. Our camp served the needs of abused and neglected kids in our community from 1993 through 2001. I have served as a Board member of our church for 12 years and am currently on the Board of Second Chance Ministries Through Faith (a ministry that focuses on youth involved in gangs in the Colorado Springs area).

Finally, I would like to share my personal life philosophy. It can be found in Philippians 2: 3-5. “Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal interest, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus.”

Looking out for the "best interests" of others is my life’s pursuit and I take it very seriously!
