He knows and is well liked by all the other realtors, he was able to work a deal with another Realtor on a house for us that we really wanted. The other Realtor could have easily sold it to one of her clients making more money for herself. What I wanted in a house was out of my price range but I had faith I'd find it and that was good enough for him to keep taking me to houses at which I'd walk in the front door and immediately turn down.
