Originally from Augusta, GA(Georgia), Donna and her family moved here when she was five years old. She loved growing up in Charlotte and when taking potential buyers around, it always takes her back to my childhood and wonderful memories. She loves presenting the Queen City, surrounding areas, and our state.
Cottingham Chalk has been her professional family her entire real estate career, which began in 1988. She was blessed to join a firm that stands on a belief in integrity and the golden rule – what a joy it has been to be affiliated with the best role models a professional could ever have. She currently serves as a mediator for the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association and am honored to be a past president as well as the 2013 CRRA Realtor of the Year recipient.
Donna loves her profession and having the trust of clients with what is probably the largest investment anyone makes at a given time. When someone moves to the area, they depend upon her to guide them on what is going to be a sound investment for their family’s future. Helping people find a house and neighborhood to call home is certainly a rewarding part of her job.
For a very personal reason, she is proud to hold a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. As you can see, her professional life has always been about being of service to the public.
