My family team has over 63 years of combined experience. We are always available to help you with your real estate needs.

I am Donna the Rainmaker. I work looking for Buyers and Sellers every day for 30 to 40 hours a week.

My husband, Damian Smith, is a Licensed Realtor who shows clients property and attends Open Houses, Inspections, Closings, and Walkthroughs. Damian does all the leg work in a transaction.

Our Office Administrator, Betsy Montante, takes care of the back end of the business. Preparing for open houses, marketing, making sure mailings are complete, calling clients, and friends on Birthdays, Anniversaries, Pre-Listing packages, Listing Packages, Housewarming Parties are complete and much more.

Joe Smith does marketing and advertisements. He also does Client Relations, by checking in on them thru calls and by walking the neighborhood. Joe also offers his help in packing properties and removing unwanted stuff from your home if you need that type of help.

Conney Cerdena, our team's Transaction Coordinator/Assistant makes sure all deadlines are met, including inspection, mortgages, and all paperwork on contract once they are executed. She is also our Social Media Manager, who creates our social media posts and marketing materials and manages all our social media accounts.

I received my real estate license in the early 80''s. At that time, I became an administrative assistant for a major South Florida real estate firm. I learned the ins and outs of real estate office procedures handling escrows, entering listings, marketing, etc. I started selling real estate in the late 80''s with a major real estate company.

I received training with Floyd Wickman. I was a sweat hog and eager to succeed. I learned how to work with For Sale by Owners and Expired Listings. I became an expert with these clients. When graduating from Floyd Wickman, I was the most likely Rookie to succeed.

I still pick up the phone when my clients call. I was coached by Buffini and Company for the past 25 years and I am now being coached by KW Maps, learning how to give exceptional service to my clients and working by referral, as well as partaking in seminars to increase my knowledge and expertise. After taking the test for the Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation on April 8, 2009, I now have the
designation ABR Accredited Buyer Representative and International Real Estate
Specialist.
