Born and raised in Powhatan, Virginia, Donna has deep roots in the community and a true appreciation for the people, land, and lifestyle Central Virginia has to offer. She is a proud mother of three boys — two currently in high school and one attending The Citadel — and understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
As former co-owner of Mountain Creek Homes LLC, Donna gained valuable expertise overseeing home renovations and building spec homes from the ground up. Her construction knowledge and practical experience give her clients a unique advantage when navigating inspections, repairs, renovations, and the overall buying or selling process. Donna is known for being resourceful, solution-oriented, and willing to roll up her sleeves to get the job done.
Donna also offers renovation and construction management services for both buyers and sellers, coordinating projects and contractors to help clients maximize value while streamlining the process through closing.
