Donna Cramer

A licensed Virginia sales agent since 1979, and a Northern Virginia resident for over 40 years, Donna has garnered deep market knowledge and achieved great success in real estate, measured by her clients’ satisfaction. Her “we’re in this together” philosophy has continually translated into excellent service and proven results, as well as countless referrals from a loyal clientele.

While Donna specializes in sales and rentals in the Arlington and Alexandria neighborhoods, she happily serves clients throughout Northern Virginia. She was first exposed to the emotional highs and lows of people who moved many times as an employee of the Department of Defense, helping Navy and Marine personnel locate housing at Camp Lejeune, NC and out in the local community around the base.

Moving back to the DC area, Donna honed her organizational skills and learned grace under fire as Administrative Director of the Institute for Research on the Economics of Taxation, a think tank focused on tax policy. She worked part-time in real estate until diving in full speed at a boutique brokerage in Old Town in 1987. Donna joined McEnearney Associates in 1992. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Virginia Association of REALTORS (VAR), Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS (NVAR), and life member of the NVAR Top Producers Club.

As a Virginia native from Stafford, Donna attended Longwood College and George Mason University. She bought her first home in Arlington in 1976 and now lives with her husband, a structural engineer, in Old Town, Alexandria where they are involved around the city. Donna does volunteer work at Westminster Presbyterian Church, is a member of its Compassion Guild and Usher Committee, and sits on the Board of Community Lodgings which helps the homeless transition from shelters to self-sufficiency. She also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren who reside around the country
