Donna has been so helpful to us. There were several things that needed addressing during our purchase and after our purchase of our condo. Donna was there, available, and went above and beyond her role. Within a week or two of our purchase, Gulf Shores was hit by a hurricane that did a great deal of damage along the coast and inland. Our condo faired well, but we had no way of knowing that at the time. We contacted Donna to see if she knew who we might contact since Gulf Shores had major damage and was pretty much closed to anyone getting in. Donna volunteered to check on our place, which she did very quickly and gave us the good news that we were alright except for loss if power (and didn’t know when it would be restored) and some outside damage that was being taken care of by the association.

There have been several other things with which she has helped us—answering questions, making very helpful suggestions.

We regard Donna, not only as our excellent realtor, but a good friend as well, and we would recommend her to anyone, especially our family and friends.

Donna was great! During a very short beach vacation my husband and I decided to purchase a condo and was referred to Donna by a family friend. Within hours of contacting her she sent us condos to look at online and had appointments set up the very next day. Donna is extremely knowledgeable about the area and understood what we were looking for. I had declined to look at one specific property and thankfully she talked us into taking a look. We absolutely LOVED IT and ended up purchasing the condo. Donna's professionalism and responsiveness is top notch. She walked us through the process of putting a contract on the property and went above and beyond as not one but TWO hurricanes came through the area while we were waiting to close and take ownership. She even drove over to the property after the first hurricane and sent us pictures. We live 4 hours away but with Donna there locally we never felt the distance. I would recommend Donna to everyone, she gets to know you and listens to what you want and are looking for. Without her I feel we would have settled for a property we did not totally love. I can't thank her enough. With her guidance the entire process went smoothly and we are extremely happy owners of a beautiful condo in Perdido Key, FL.

Donna Fitts is the best! She understands what being in a service business entails. She works very hard on her client's behalf and stays with the sale after closing to make sure everything is done. Hurricane Sally hit our area less than 2 weeks after closing and though her home sustained damage she came to our new home to make sure all was OK. We've dealt with a lot of agents over the decades both personally and professionally and rarely had a good experience but Donna was a gem.
