Donna was great to work with. She helped me buy two different houses. She looked out for our best interests for both houses. Who knew you should do a home inspection for new construction? I’m glad we listened to her and did because in both cases something was wrong. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was a pleasure to work with!

I highly recommend Donna Jordan for your real estate needs. She listens and understands your needs and strives to show you properties which fit your requirements. She is amazing and devotes her time and talents to her clients. In my case she helped me purchase the right property for my disabled son and negotiated on my behalf successfully, keeping me informed every step of the way.

When I sold my house in Columbia she not only helped me go through it and made suggestions as to what should be done in order for me to evaluate the pros and cons of making certain improvements but she kept a close eye on the property and other sales in the area in order that I could make the best decisions on how things should be handled. I was living out of state and she took care of many headaches for me throughout the process. The closing went smoothly thanks to her hard work. All I had to do was come back to Columbia and meet her at the attorney's office to sign the final papers!

She is courteous, efficient and knows her business well. She took the worry out of the entire process. I am forever grateful for her helping me through an otherwise very difficult time in my life.
