Donna Lambert

As a life-long resident of the North Shore, Donna has a unique knowledge of the neighborhoods and industries, past and present. She has been servicing clients both in the residential and commercial real estate markets for over 20 years. Donna is an extraordinary negotiator, always striving for the “win/win”. Her clients praise her for getting the best deal possible for the best terms possible. She has been recognized with many awards including “2002 Rookie of the Year’. Not one to rest on her laurels, Donna has been a top performer delivering outstanding personal service to both buyers and sellers. She has a strong sense of commitment, feeling a heartfelt dedication to each and every client. She is highly ethical, striving to add her valuable experience to each of her transactions.

Donna believes in giving back to her community. She is a Salem Election Warden and has been on the Salem Youth Sports Board of Directors, spearheaded many charitable fundraisers over the years. She takes pride in continuing to learn about Real Estate and has several designations including Accredited Buyer Representative, Relocation Specialist, and Rental Specialist. In this past year with COVID concerns, Donna made over 500 masks for the Salem Council of Aging and Mass General Hospital. She is always available to help with a fundraiser or cause. When she’s not working with a client, Donna enjoys sewing, crafting, boating, and taking long walks with her chocolate lab, Hunter. Donna lives in Salem with her husband, Tom (Tiger), and her 3 children and 5 grandchildren live close by.
