Donna Reardon

Donna Maggio Reardon is the consummate real estate professional with the Queens and Long Island communities with over 27 years experience. Donna is at the top of the real estate profession managing Douglas Elliman's award winning Bayside, Queens office with over 150 diverse and talented licensed salespersons. Her office production consistently ranks in the top percentile of the company's sales success and commands the top market-share position above all Queens realtors.

She is also a 20-year Top Recruiting Manager.
Donna spends much of her professional time passionately recruiting and training new and experienced agents. She is a licensed instructor with the NY Department of State and has served as president of the Long Island Board of Realtors and is currently an MLS director. She has been named in "The Top 10 Women in Business" for Queens in 2008 by the Queens Courier & Queens Business Today.

Donna also coordinates many fundraising events, but the ones that she holds dearest to her heart are The Sunshine Kids and Friends of Karen, which are dedicated to the support of children with cancer.
