Donna Scardelli

Donna Scardelli is a licensed Realtor Associate with Keller Williams Shore Properties in Toms River and Barnegat, NJ. Her years of experience as a REALTOR® has exposed her to several different scenarios - 55+ Communities, Waterfront Properties, First Time Home Buyers - just to name a few. All of which, she has professionally assisted her clients through the entire process of buying and/or selling their homes and built strong relationships with all of them. Building relationships with her clients to ensure they are happy from the beginning to the end, when they buy and/or sell their homes, is a priority for her. She feels there is nothing more heartwarming then seeing the smiles on her clients faces the day they close on their homes and watch their dreams come true.
Donna holds two Real Estate Designations. SRES® -The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® is a designation is for REALTORS®. The SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions in selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. ABR® - The Accredited Buyer's Representative designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.

Donna is a member of NAR (the National Association of Realtors®), a member of New Jersey Realtors and a member of MORR (Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors®), where she is on the Associates Committee. She is also a member of BW NICE (Business Women Networking LLC Involving Charity & Education. In addition to her Real Estate License, she is also a New Jersey Notary Public.

Donna is originally from Bergen County, New Jersey and moved to Ocean County in 2019. She was a resident of Barnegat for two years and currently a resident of Toms River. In addition to Real Estate, she has a background in Training and Development, Human Resources and Customer Service within the Retail and Insurance Industries.

One of Donna’s passions is her love for animals. She was once the owner and founder of a 501C3 dog rescue in Bergen County for 5 years, rescuing, rehabilitating and finding homes dogs and puppies until her move to South Jersey. Now, she actively volunteers for a local animal rescue in Ocean County. Not only does she help her clients find homes, she helps animals find homes, too.

Donna also actively volunteers at her HOA Community by working events, delivering the community newsletter, etc.

She is the proud, single mother of two adult children and pet parent of her 3 rescue dogs - Bella, Rylee and Emma.
As for her hobbies, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, go to the beach, swim, walk, Pickleball, Zumba and Kickboxing.
