Donna is an absolute dream realtor! She takes time to get to know you personally and learn your preferences and customizes your entire home buying experience to meet those preferences. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were completely overwhelmed by the home buying process and had bad experiences with previous attempts. Donna was the breath of fresh air that we needed. She never rushed us, let us guide the entire process, never made us feel like we wasted her time on houses we didn’t like and was so patient until we found our dream home. Donna fully dedicates herself to serving her clients regardless of the date or time. We could not imagine a better realtor to work with and are so grateful we found her. She made the process so easy, offered advice when we asked, and she has the best reputation in the industry that will put your offer above others if there is competition. If you are looking for a realtor, Donna is the best!

Donna excels at what she does. She was one hundred percent thorough and meticulous with every step of the process in selling my house. She truly cares about her clients and helps them get top dollar for their sale. She goes to bat for her clients and shows that she is always in their corner. Her number one goal is to make her client happy at the end of the day. I felt confident in her professional advice and abilities. I am so very glad I trusted the process and did everything she recommended because it paid off, and I was able to accept one of five offers on my house after only two days on the market (we had to cancel the open house because the offer was that great). I would recommend Donna to anyone who wants the best real estate agent. Listen to, and apply, her advice in getting your house ready for sale and you won't regret it.

I have been in the financial industry for 10 years and had sold a home in the past, however, the sale with Donna was a bit more of a “have to” and less of a “want to.” Donna was not only able to get me the dollar amount I originally asked for, she helped me navigate the emotional complexities of selling a house that was truly looked at as a home. She represented me well and it was a joy working with her. She handled the deal with the utmost professionalism and brought experience and strategy to the transaction.

If you are looking for a fantastic realtor then look no further because Donna Weaver is superb. Whether you are buying or selling a house, the entire process can be very daunting. The paperwork alone is intimidating. So having a realtor you can trust to work with you through the entire process is invaluable. Donna was certainly invaluable to me during the sale of my family home as part of administering the estate. She worked closely with me every step of the way and made certain my interests were protected. Her knowledge and guidance made a stressful time less stressful. She quickly provided comps to use when discussing the current market. She gave honest, sound advice regarding the current condition of the family home and what improvements should be considered. Once improvements were made, Donna patiently walked me through all of the needed paperwork for selling the house, making certain that I had a clear understanding of what was being signed. She was quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. The marketing brochures for the house created by Donna and her team were very impressive and presented the house at its best. We discussed setting a conservative selling price and received 14 offers above the asking price and closed within a few days after the house was listed. I couldn't have been more pleased. Overall, Donna was more like my partner than my realtor. You will find that she has a superior work ethic. No one will work harder for you. You will not regret having Donna as your realtor, whether you are buying or selling.

She helped my daughter find her house quickly, and when my husband and I decided to find a house closer to our daughter, she worked with us over several years until we found something that worked perfectly for us. I am not sure how many realtors would be so engaged with us over a long period of time (since we were not in a rush). We appreciate everything she has done!

Donna did an awesome job in assisting my husband and I in selling our home. Our family will always have love for Donna. She was knowledgeable, very professional and polite. Donna cared about my family our interests and what was going to work best for my family during the whole process. We had many changes and things come up as I was 7 months pregnant at the time and we had a deadline to sell within 6 months. Donna was very empathetic, understanding and she accommodated us anyway she could she was always offering her help. She even came to help us prep for the photos to be taken of our home. My husband and I getting paired with Donna was a happy accident that we are grateful for. We didn’t research any realtors because at the time we were in the process of getting the house remodeled, we were recommended Elevate reality by the contractor company that was working on our home. We could’ve gotten any agent from the company but got Donna and we are glad we did. Donna is exceptional and she is absolutely great at what she does. She stays focused with tunnel vision on the end goal. If we decide to buy or sell in the future my husband and I would not hesitate to work with Donna again. I’m glad we had Donna representing us. Trust. It is the most important thing to have in your relationship with a real estate agent. When interviewing potential agents, it was clear right off the bat that Donna was experienced, enthusiastic and had a very good command of the current state of the market. We were in a somewhat unique situation where we had a small window of opportunity to move into a place across the country that would be perfect for us. That meant leaving a 37-year-old house that needed renovating in the hands of an agent that we could trust. Donna had previously worked with someone in a similar situation who had also posted a rave review about her. So, between our initial connection with Donna and her prior experience, we knew we could count on her.

She did not let us down.

She pointed us in the direction of some firms she had previously worked with who will do renovations and take their payment at settlement. The company we chose (Residential Real Estate Solutions), along with Donna, did an excellent job in guiding us through what changes would be most beneficial to make our home attractive on the market. We trusted their recommendations, let them do the work as we sat back and drove across the country. They also were very up front about how each suggestion would help maximize the return on investment.
Donna also suggested we physically stage the house for showing, as it makes it more attractive than showing the house empty. Donna assured us the small cost of staging would be worth it.

When our home hit the market, it looked fantastic! We accepted an offer the second day it was on the market for over 12.5% of our asking price! The buyers clearly loved what they saw. We surely would not have gotten an offer like that, nor would we have been able to even ask what we did, without putting our trust in Donna and her team. And while it is impossible to determine exactly what the return on investment was, we certainly got back more than we invested in the renovations.

I couldn’t recommend her more if you are looking to sell, or buy, a home.

First time homebuyers here. To sum up our experience in two words: Trust Donna!

As first time homebuyers in a hot market, we put our trust in Donna as our buyer’s agent. She led us through the home buying process and was quick to answer all our first time homebuyer questions. Our inexperience was overcome by Donna’s deep knowledge of the Howard County real estate market. She’s well connected with many movers and shakers in Howard County, that means she has deeper insight into the locations and other teams involved that can help you get the house you love.

Donna is very quick to answer any first time homebuyer questions via email / phone / in-person. She truly cares about our experience. She’s willing to spend hours with us explaining the offer letter and even crafting many offer letters just so we can get the hang of how these offer letters work.

So what’s the result? Third times a charm! After getting 2 rejections and multiple home viewings, we found our lovely home in Columbia, MD. Great location, great school system, solid house, within our budget and using the VA Loan. Our search started in May and we closed in July. This whole process to include the crazy real estate market that we’re in, we’re so glad to have Donna represent us, fight for us, and keep our best interests in mind.
