I selected Donnell Spivey as my Realtor because of his years of experience and his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. Mr. Spivey was my realtor
when I purchased my first house 16 years ago and for my second house I purchased. Based on the previous wonderful experiences and trust with Mr. Spivey, we selected him to be my In- Laws realtor to sell their house. Mr. Spivey knows the market. He advised us on what steps were needed to sell the house based on the market value and how to attract buyers. Mr. Spivey also use multiple outlets to market homes. Within a week of the house on the market we received multiple offers. I highly recommend Mr. Spivey.

Donnell has been my realtor over time on the sale of two separate homes as well as the purchase of two separate homes. He knows the markets and what's going on in the markets. He's available to answer questions and he'll make recommendations on various companies that can be used to help get your home ready for viewing and sale. His services are reasonably priced. He'll explain things in a way that you'll understand, and he knows the ends and outs of the business. He's been doing what he does for a long time. I do recommend him.

Mr. Spivey is truly a God send. Not only is it hard enough to go through the process of selling your property during a pandemic. Doing it from out of state made it that much harder.

My property was in need of a little love & care. Mr. Spivey provided that love & care. He gave me an assessment of what was needed to get my property up to Market Value. Not only did he recommend a reliable contractor, Mr. Spivey went above and beyond by personally checking on the renovations and calling me with updates.

He stepped up when I could not be there in person, sparing me the Hardship of taking off from work and traveling out of state. Whenever I called him he answered, even if just to let me know he was with another client and would call me back, which he did immediately.

Mr. Spivey has definitely proved himself to be a PRO in Real Estate. I received an offer on my property immediately after it was put on the Market, and the property was closed and sold in less than 3 weeks.

I definitely recommend Mr. Spivey for all your Real Estate needs and will continue to use his services for mines.

The home buying process can be extremely nerve wracking …in a normal market. But in the market covered by a pandemic. Insane! Mr. Spivey was nothing short of a miracle walking me through this arduous process. He was extremely nice, resourceful and gracious. He always took my calls and if he couldn’t talk at the moment, he answered then told me he would call me right back and did so immediately.

Donnell is creative, innovative and flexible - all of which were needed in this market. He gave me great advice and also negotiated for things that I didn’t make a big fuss over but, that he thought were vitally important.

Mr. Spivey is my go to guy. I would trust him with those whom I love. You should too.

Donnell was pretty awesome from start to finish. He jumped into finding me house with both feet. He listened to what I was looking for and took me to houses that met those needs. He also indulged me with a few that he knew wouldn’t work but I just had to see for myself.

One of the biggest things Donnell did for me was research loan programs. He was able to find me one that gave me everything I wanted and more.

I was so happy with his services, he is now selling my mom’s home for her and I have recommended him to several of my friends and coworkers!

My husband and I, almost on a whim, decided that we would like to purchase our 1st home. We contacted our lender, under the impression that we wouldn't be approved for a home loan, and that they would give a list of items to do that would prepare us for approval. Our initial meeting with our lender, we pre-approved for an unfavorable amount. However, Erica Franklin was able to find us a home that we loved, new construction, up and coming neighborhood in Baltimore City, and this home qualified for $10,000 in down payment assistance and tax credits. Erica also had the seller agree to 5% closing cost! Without Erica's help, we would've settled for a home that we didn't love. Thank you Erica for assisting us! We're still in the process of closing on our new home - but we are extremely grateful.
