IF YOU ARE SELLING YOUR HOME MAKE SURE TO HIRE DOREEN DEMARCO!!!!!!! Words cannot describe how happy we are with Doreen's work involving the recent sale of our NJ home. The whole process from start to finish was super smooth and effortless. Doreen's professionalism and expertise were foundational to the quick sale of our home. 60 showings booked and 15 offers in just two days is unthinkable, even in a sellers market. Thanks to Doreen our house was staged and priced perfectly. We even got over asking!!!!!! This amazing relationship actually started 10 years ago when we first met Doreen and she helped us find our NJ home. Moving with a teenage daughter is not easy!!! Doreen went above and beyond to make sure we, especially our daughter, felt so welcomed by her family (she has kids the same age) and the local community. We truly enjoyed our 10 years in NJ and a very large part of that is due to Doreen DeMarco.

She was the seller’s agent for the home we bought but she also represented us since we were without an agent and she made the process extremely smooth & stress-free for both the seller and us! I have been buying and selling property for over 20 years and have never come across a professional on the level of Doreen DeMarco. Her services went well beyond what you would expect from a real estate broker. She has a vast knowledge of her market. Was able to read our emotions, likes and dislikes and always had a helpful opinion to lend. Never going for the hard sell she truly sat back patiently until we found what we were looking for. She gave us more time than most would and always stuck around to discuss our feelings after each and every visit. She is confident but not cocky, knowledgeable without being pompous and most of all cares more about satisfying her clients than just making a sale. I could not imaging working with anyone else.
