Before entering real estate, I spent more than 30 years in software development. That background shaped the way I approach my work today with strong attention to detail, thoughtful organization, and a data-driven mindset that helps guide pricing, marketing, and negotiations.
I also hold the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation, which provides additional insight for buyers and sellers involved in vacation and second-home markets, especially along the Jersey Shore.
