Dot is simply THE BEST. She is experienced, knowledgable, honest and creative in her strategies for showings and offers. We were buying from out state and Dot went out of her way to accommodate our schedule, created exceptional video tours and met with relatives to tour homes in our absence. We had a running joke that Dot is always working because Dot was without hesitation was always available to hop on a phone call, text and continually kept us updated throughout every step of the process. Having never purchased a home before, but also having toured many open houses, I found that Dot is one of the best and most qualified real estate agents that I have met. Throughout the entire home buying and selling process, Dot was right beside my wife and I. Any time we had questions or any time we needed to get into a home for a private tour, she made it happen.
