About Dorothy

Prior to my real estate career, I served honorably in the U. S. Navy for 22 years. After retirement, I earned a BA at the University of Texas, San Antonio. I then spent 3 years working for a world-renowned mutual funds and stock market company gaining knowledge and experience in the stock market and market swings. The experience gave me a rare insight into the real estate market, helping buyers and sellers gauge the market and leading me to enter the field of residential real estate in 2001. During my career of over 2 decades, I have had the benefit of being trained and inspired by some of the best of Century 21, Keller Williams, Realty, and now Vortex Realty, LLC. Training that focuses on the importance of staying engaged in your client’s needs in a genuine, timely and authentic way, and ensuring that every client feels appreciated and valued beyond expectation.
I continued to challenge myself through education and advanced training by becoming a real estate broker in 2012. This higher level of education and training sets me apart from other agents. In addition to my broker designation, I am also a certified Accredited Buyer's Representative and Military Relocation Professional.
