Malissa and Doug Allen are the heart behind Allen & Associates Realty—a husband-and-wife team who believe that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful real estate experience. Married for more than 30 years, they have built their lives around family, faith, and a deep commitment to serving their community.

They are the proud parents of three accomplished children, all graduates of the Paulding County School District. Their oldest son, Zachary, is married and recently welcomed his first child. He works full time as a percussionist in the music industry in Nashville, Tennessee. Their son Matthew proudly served six years in the U.S. Air Force and now lives in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and their two children. Their daughter, Lacey, is married, resides in Cartersville, Georgia, and works as a registered nurse in the surrounding area.

As grandparents, Malissa and Doug cherish time with their growing family. Their appreciation for home, community, and stability shapes the way they serve their clients—understanding that a home is far more than a transaction; it is where life happens.

Doug Allen is also a local home builder with extensive hands-on experience in construction, renovations, and investment properties. His practical knowledge of home design, structural improvements, and value-driven upgrades provides clients with insight that goes well beyond a typical real estate transaction. This expertise is especially valuable to buyers evaluating potential renovations, sellers preparing homes for market, and investors seeking to maximize long-term returns.

Well known in the local community for their honesty, market expertise, and hands-on approach, Malissa and Doug remain committed to ongoing education to better serve their clients, including Malissa earning her real estate appraisal license in 2023.
