Love Doug. Once you agree to go with his services he has everything in order. He can email you all the documents to be signed or will meet with you in person. Keeps you informed as to what's going on with your showings!! Has the best knowledge and personality in the world. I can't say enough good things about this guy!! If you buying or selling you won't find a better realtor. I have listed and purchased with Doug multiple times with the greatest results everytime!

When we moved to the OKC/Edmond area our Nashville real estate professional interviewed local agents and recommended Doug. We are so glad he did. Doug is knowledgeable and professional. He actively listened to what we wanted in our new home and had many options to look at when we arrived. We found our home on our first visit and are very happy with it. Since we've moved in Doug has been helpful in recommending various professionals from insurance agents to lawn service and in between. Beside that, he's fun to work with.

Doug was outstanding! We had listed our house with another realtor who did nothing. We got with Doug and he was a professional from the beginning. He inspected our home and told us his honest opinion on some repairs and what a true market analysis was. He told us what we needed to hear and not just what other realtors thought we wanted to hear. He procured an excellent photographer and sold our house in record time. He was honest and detail oriented and walked us through the entire process. Highly recommend!

My wife and I moved back to Oklahoma a few years ago from Florida via Nashville. Doug Arnett was recommended to us. We spent several days with Doug looking for our retirement home. We had an excellent experience with him over a 3-4 day period.Doug was very professional and patient. He has a great understanding of the OKC metro area and understood what we were looking for. His follow up is great and he has made some wonderful recommendations to local people to do many things we have wanted to do to our house over the years.

Where do I even begin…..Doug is a phenomenal Broker. As being first time home owner I wasn’t sure what to expect, to my surprise I was very impressed with how Doug went above and beyond for us during this whole process. He made sure to be in constant contact even during weekends and off hours whenever an issue occurred. He offered his opinion when we hit a few speed bumps, which we appreciated since he was so experienced and knowledgeable in this matter. We had a long move from out of state and Doug made this a positive experience for us, by even checking up on us after we moved in. I have nothing but great things to say about Doug, I highly recommend him to anyone. I Promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Doug was absolutely wonderful, this was our first house and he walked us through every step of the process. He never let anything slip through the cracks. He helped us with everything from insurance to utilities. This was a big move for us from Connecticut to Oklahoma and he really went out of his way to make the process as painless as possible even when we hit bumps that were not in his control. Would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home!
