Doug Buenz is passionate about real estate, loves working with people, and he loves what he does. He was born and raised in the Bay Area. Doug believes it is the best place to live in the world. In 1989, Doug began selling residential real estate, allowing him to use his skills and expertise while connecting with and helping people on a very personal level. Nothing is more fulfilling for him. As a result, Doug has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in the Tri-Valley region.
Doug has focused much of his professional training on the art of negotiation. He attended the world-renowned Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School and holds a certificate from the Harvard Negotiation Institute. This prestigious program is popular with business and government leaders nationally and globally and is regarded as the most powerful training in negotiation available. Just a handful of Real Estate Agents across the country have invested in their skill set and careers to this level and hold these advanced negotiations certification.
